A BS Degree in Downtown Minneapolis

A bachelor’s degree is increasingly required by employers for many positions — even entry-level jobs. At the downtown Minneapolis location of Globe University/Minnesota School of Business (GU/MSB), we offer a variety of Bachelor of Science (BS) degree programs in several subjects. Graduates will find many doors open to them. The US Bureau of Labor Statistics reports that someone with a bachelor’s degree can earn $21,000 per year than someone with a high school diploma or GED. In short, a BS degree is a great investment.

Flexible scheduling for busy college students

Our Minneapolis college is well situated for students who work downtown. They can take classes during the day or in the evening after work. Many of our students go to school part-time so they can keep working. Others opt for online programs that allow them to attend classes at times convenient to them. Some take a portion of their classes online and other classes at our IDS Tower location. We have developed scheduling options that help students stay in school, whatever their circumstances.

Bachelor’s degrees at our Minneapolis location

We offer the following BS degrees:

A four-year college degree in three years

It is possible to earn a bachelor’s degree in three years of full-time study. Students can reduce the time required to complete their degrees by obtaining credit for prior learning and work.* Military training, professional work experience, other higher education classes and work-related seminars and workshops can jump-start college careers and get students back in the workforce more quickly. A student can also take classes at any of our twelve locations, an option that may allow him or her to keep making progress toward a degree.

Helping you investigate financial aid

When students begin thinking about attending college, their biggest concerns often center on how they are going to pay tuition. A BS degree means a three or four-year commitment, and even with prior learning and transfer credits, the bill for a college education is beyond the means of most people. At GU/MSB, we know how important this is to potential students. We have financial aid counselors who help students explore scholarship opportunities and other financial aid options.
